2 Warps to Neptune 
Yes, hello. I recently found, tucked away back in the corner of my Dads closet that I was cleaning out, due to his recent passing, this old, very dusty gyro -copter thing. As it turns out, what I actually found was a Cox Star Cruiser toy! I guess from when I was just a kid, (late 70’s). Anyhow, it hasn’t been used since then I’m sure, and it’s parts are immovable. Have any tips on how to fix it? Signed, hopeful.
