I remember when my hometown painted a mural to this movie, it was the happy day of my life.

“Krull” was a movie I never saw as a kid, despite having the comic adaptation and loving the designs of the Beast and the Slayers, and of course the awesome Glaive weapon. I saw it today for the first time. It’ll never win any awards, but it’s a fun old fantasy flick, and I’ll watch it again.

Now: why the hell didn’t anyone even try to do an action figure line?

  One of my favorites, then and now. Not sure why we didn’t have toys for Krull OR The Last Starfighter (though the latter line was planned and prototypes made).
