Here I am, browsing your lovely blog and i come across a pic of an old theatre (sadly now demolished and replaced with a shopping mall and multiplex) that I’m very familiar with – I have lots of fond memories here, watching E.T, MAsters of the Universe and Jurassic Park 🙂

  Sounds like a lot of fun! Everything cool where I grew up has been replaced by strip malls too. “Progress”.

This brings back memories! I used to go to that theatre all the time as a kid (I’m a generation behind you, born in 83). I remember seeing a re-release of E.T, Masters of the Universe and Jurassic Park here, before it was torn down to make way for a mall + multiplex.
