It’s not Tales of Fantasy, but still a rare and wonderful book. The artist is unknown.

My brother and I used to add captions and additional art to our coloring books, rather than draw in them, to hilarious effect. Sometimes. Usually it was just immature stupidity, but later on we got pretty good at it.

I had those, and loved them. Alas, a water fight in my dorm room destroyed them.
