Last Friday, I posted some Don Davis art depicting huge asteroids smashing into the Earth. This Friday, I’m posting real photos of an actual meteor that exploded over Russia. See scary video here.

    What’s interesting about the phenomena (aside from the obvious) is that the people in the amateur videos (at least the one’s I’ve seen) have very little, if not any reaction to the goings-on. Imagine how much of a public and media uproar there would be if that happened anywhere here, especially in metropolitan areas like LA or NY? People would go nuts! I can just imagine the same type of video footage, yet accompanied by horrific screams and panic.

      My friend and I were literally just talking about that. The Russians are terribly poor and have been through so much horrible shit through the years, what do they care if some rock explodes overhead? It can’t be worse than Stalingrad, right?
